Pick-up
The Driver will be waiting for you at the information desk in front of the Arrival Exit / Gate by holding AYA Niseko sign board with your name on it.
Low Season: The driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point 40 minutes after the arrival of your domestic flight and 90 minutes after the arrival of your international flight.
Green Season: The driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point 30 minutes after the arrival of your domestic flight and 60 minutes after the arrival of your international flight.

>International Flight : Departure time from AYA Niseko will be 5 hours before flight time,
>Domestic Flight : Departure time from AYA Niseko will be 4.5 hours before flight time,
*Driver is waiting at AYA Niseko lobby 5-10 minutes before the departure time.
*Please be punctual as waiting fee is charged for keeping the vehicle standing by for more than 15 minutes.
*If you don't show in 30 minutes or more, the transfer is cancelled on the day and withdrawn.
Any stop over will be additional charge 8,000 JPY/hour.
*During green season, any stop over will be additional charge 5,000 JPY/30 minutes

- Requests made within 2 weeks of the date of use are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation or changes,
· Within 24 hours before the trip 100%
· 6 days (from 00:00) to 24 hours prior 50%
· 7 days (from 00:00) prior 30%
· 14 days (from 00:00) prior 20%
Arrival Delay
1) If the flight number does not change, the car will be dispatched according to the arrival time.
2) If the flight number is changed, let us know in advance and we will arrange a ride for your new flight.With no contact in advance and no show, the cancellation on the day fee is taken.
Flight Cancellation
On the day: If the flight is canceled due to weather or equipment trouble, transfer will be charged as canceled on the day. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible.
Before arrival (the day before): If you contact us to cancel your flight due to bad weather or equipment trouble, we will accept changes, but the dispatch time and vehicle type may be changed.
