Cancellation Policy
If you miss your booking by 15 minutes, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
The following cancellation fees will apply to those who have selected a course menu;
Cancellation within 24 hours of reservation time : 8,800 JPY/ 1 adult, 4,400 JPY/ 1 child
Cancellation within 48 hours of reservation time : 4,400 JPY/ 1 adult, 2,200 JPY/ 1 child

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
