Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on the day of the booking, 2,000 JPY per person will be charged.
If you miss your booking by 15 minutes, it will be automatically cancelled.

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
