Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.

ご予約日の14日以内の変更またはキャンセルには、キャンセルポリシーが適用されます。また、ご予約に際し各レストランの厳格なキャンセルポリシーが適用され、綾ニセコではそれらを免除、変更することはできません。それらを避けるため、ご予約の変更またはキャンセルをご希望の場合は、ご予約日の15日前までにお知らせください。
