◇ 100% of the reservation amount within 24 hours (including reduction in number of people)
◇ 50% of the reservation amount within 48 hours (including reduction in number of people)
◇ 100% of the reservation amount within 48 hours (including reduction in number of people) for group customers (9 or more people) )
◇If you will be late for your reservation time, please be sure to contact us.
◇If you do not show up 20 minutes after your reservation time without contacting us, we will cancel your reservation without notice and charge you 100% of the reservation amount. In the unlikely event that you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible using the phone number provided in the reservation completion email.

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
