Cancellation Policy
◆Children between 7 and 11 years old should choose the kids course. . Also, children over the age of 12 cannot make reservations for the kids course.Please choose the regular course.
◇100% of the reservation amount (including reduction in number of people) if you cancel 24 hours or less in advance
◇50% of the reservation amount (including reduction in number of people) if you cancel 48 hours or less in advance
◇100% of the reservation amount (including reduction in number of people) for groups (9 people or more) within 48 hours
◇If you do not arrive 20 minutes after the reservation time, it will be considered an unauthorized cancellation and 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. If you are late, please contact the emergency number listed in the reservation completion email.
Terms
Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
