Cancellation Policy

From December to March
Cancellation from 10 days to 4 days before prior to the reservation date : 50% of the course fee
Cancellation 3 days prior to the reservation date (72 hours before he reservation time) : 100% of the course fee

From April to May
Cancellation 5 days prior to reservation date : 30% of the course fee
Cancellation 4 days to 3 days prior to reservation date : 50% of the course fee
Cancellation 2 days prior to reservation date (48 hours before the reservation time) : 70% of the course fee
Cancellation on the day before/ on the day of reservation date : 100% of the course fee

If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time without contacting the restaurant, your reservation will be cancelled without notice and charge 100% of the reservation amount.

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
