・Cancellation on the day 100% of the course fee per person
・Cancellation the day before 50% of the course fee per person

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
