• Reservations can be made on the official AYA Niseko website and partner OTAs such as Expedia and Booking.com from February 20.
  
  
• There is no waitlist for rooms. If your desired room type is unavailable, please look for availabiliy at a later date on your own. We will not notify you should there be a cancellation.

• Long stay plan (7 - 30 nights) is becoming more popular. Click HERE for details and email your booking request to AYA Niseko Reservations Dept ( [email protected] ).

• AYA Kitchen restaurant will be closed for business from 6 May to 30 Nov.
• Pick up/drop service between AYA and Hirafu Welcome Centre or Kutchan Station is available ( Advance booking required).
• Parking will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day. Advance reservation not accepted. In the event the parking lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby parking lot. (Free of charge, with pick-up and drop-off service)
• Niseko Kid’s Club has since relocated from AYA 3F to Hanazono 308. We do not offer in-house group childcare any longer. Babysitting services through the Niseko Kid’s Club can be self-arranged by guests.
