Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for cancellations up to 24 hours before the reservation. Please note that 100% cancellation fee will not be refunded for subsequent cancellations.
If you can't contact us after 30 minutes of the reservation time, we may have to cancel it, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.

Terms and Conditions

Changes or cancellations made within 14 days of a confirmed reservation subject to a penalty fee, which AYA NISEKO cannot change. AYA NISEKO must follow the partner's reservation and cancellation policy and depending on the partner's response, changes may not be possible or the you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the partner's policy.
