Fukidashi Park
Kyogoku's Fukidashi Park is renowned for its spring water and is surrounded by lush vegetation. The snow and rain from Ezo Fuji (Mt. Yotei) seep underground and eventually spring back up as the "Yotei Fukidashi Spring Water," which is recognized by the Ministry of the Environment as a "Heritage of Hokkaido" and one of Japan's "100 Beautiful Waters." This spring water is created through filtration and the addition of minerals. Here, you can take leisurely strolls along the many trails lined with trees and wooden walkways bordered by stones covered with moss.
Additionally, Kyogoku Onsen is situated in the park's environs. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Yotei while taking a dip in the outdoor spa.
